Trapezium mill is customized on the basis of Micro Powder Mill.It is the latest, high-efficient,energy-saving grinding machines.Five patents like flexible connection, trapezium working face etc are adopted, and open up the world highest level of TGM trapezium mill.
Trapezium mill is mainly used in metallurgy, building and construction, chemical industry, mineral, expressway construction, hydroelectric, fireproof material, steel areas etc.It is used to grind nonflammable and nonexplosive materials with the Moh’hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, marble, ceramics, zircon sand, slag, dolomite, granite, coal, gold ore, red mud, clay, kaolin, coke, gangue, bentonite, medical stone, shale, basalt, gypsum, plumbago etc.
Trapezium mill include main frame, separator, connecting pipeline, draught fan, bag-type dust collector, elevator, hopper, magnetic-vibrating feeder, electric switch box etc.
- Newly designed grinding roller and ring. The trapezium roller and ring makes the grinding time longer, increasing the fineness and capacity.
- The high-efficient horizotal forcing spring. The rollers are connected with the horizontal springs, the radial force makes sure that the big material will not damage the main axis and bearing, increasing the service life.
- Flexible connection is adopted between main frame and powder concentrator. Damping spring decreases the vibration and avoids the resonance.
- Impeller of high density and high accuracy.
- Energy-efficient centrifugal draught fan. Impeller draught fan is of higher efficiency than the draught fan with straight blades.
- The distance between the impeller and shell is adjusted easily and quickly, increasing the precision of the final production.
